For 2023, Rolex has released a new model for the GMT-Master II collection. This model features a crown placed on the left side of the case and a date aperture moved from 3 o’clock to 9 o’clock on the dial. For the first time, the Cerachrom ceramic bezel is shown in black and green, and the green GMT hand is a nod to Rolex’s signature colors. This piece is a fantastic product that became immediately popular among both lefties and righties. 
In addition to these modifications, the watch maintains all the signature features of the GMT-Master II. The two-color bezel is meant to represent day and night. The 40 mm case guarantees water resistance to a depth of 100 meters (330 feet). The movement is COSC-certified with an accuracy of +2/-2 seconds per day and a power reserve of 70 hours. The blue Parachrom hairspring is impact- and magnet-resistant for added versatility and robustness in sports applications.
The sapphire crystal provides exceptional clarity and protection from everyday scratches. The GMT-Master II features a recognizable Cyclops lens on all Rolex watches with a date window, providing a practical magnified date display, a hallmark of Rolex design and innovation.
The 2022 GMT-Master II represents the ultimate traveler’s watch, with many unique features that can be considered quintessential GMT watches. The GMT-Master II is constantly being modified in terms of materials, movement and design to meet new standards of technical achievement. However, it still retains the essence of the original design.
